To ensure quick and efficient return management, it is important that the material is correctly prepared before collection by the courier. Nail cosmetic products are sensitive to impacts during transport and therefore require adequate packaging for handling. We recommend using a sturdy inner box, with protective material between the products and along all sides, to prevent movement and possible damage. The inner box must then be placed in a resistant outer carton, well protected and sealed with adhesive tape.
Please note
Products must be handed over to the courier in packaging suitable for transport. Light, unprotected, or inadequate packaging for handling may cause damage during transport and compromise the integrity of the returned material. In the event of inadequate, light, or unprotected internal packaging, any damage caused during handling and transport cannot be recognized or reimbursed.
